BB&Bro's clinics are designed to welcome runners of all paces and abilities, ensuring that everyone feels included and supported. Whether you prefer a leisurely pace with plenty of opportunities for photo and snack breaks or you're a speedy runner looking to minimize downtime, we have a group for you. Our easy, moderate, and fast pace groups are led by experienced Trail Leaders who are committed to accommodating your individual speed and training needs.
Our knowledgeable Trail Leaders are not only there to guide you through your runs but also to provide encouragement on those challenging days. With their support, you’ll find the motivation to push through difficult workouts and enjoy your long runs. Their expertise ensures that you receive the guidance necessary to improve your skills while building confidence in a nurturing environment.
In addition to focused training, our clinics offer an opportunity to explore some of the most stunning scenic trails in Vernon and the surrounding areas. Each session fosters a fun, safe, and positive atmosphere where you can connect with fellow runners who share your passion. Trail Running Clinic

Always wanted to run? Or run in the trails? Don’t know where to start? Never ran before, or coming back from an injury? Then this is the place for you! THIS IS A TRUE LEARN TO RUN CLINIC

Our Learn to Run program will teach you all you need to know about running, starting off easy and slowly working your way up to be able to run for an hour by the end of your clinic.
You will learn about gear, running in all kinds of weather, nutrition, injury prevention, pacing, cover trail and wildlife safety, trail etiquette, and much more.
We meet Tuesday and Saturdays for your run class, with 2 days of homework to do on your own.
Each class will start with a 20-30 minute talk about the weeks training focus practice the form, pre-run glute exercises, and answer any questions you may have before we will head out for your run.

Some weeks we will have a guest instructor that will lead you through run specific exercises, or chat with you about gear, nutrition and/or strength training ideas. Saturday mornings you will meet with your group to head out into the trails for a 1 hr hike with our amazing Trail Leaders Mark, Erin, and Joy!
We help you learn to run, in a positive and fun environment aiming to have your feet on different trails each week.

Learn To Run
Trail Running Clinic

SPRING 2025- March 26th- June 7th
In this clinic we focus not only Endurance, you're coaches will be heavily focusing on different form and techniques for, speed, hill work, tempo, Terrain and descent running.
We will work on the importance of core and strength training, cover trail and wildlife safety, respecting our forests and trail etiquette.
Your long runs will be on mostly single-track trails and will top out (depending on which distance you are training for)
15 km- 2– 3 hours by end of the clinic / 25km- 3-4 hours by end of clinic / 50km- 4-5:30 hours by end of clinic.
This clinic will help prepare you for feeling confident and safe with your trail running abilities in multiple distance events or simply running with confidence for fun!
You don’t need to be fast to join this group. We have 3 pace groups within each distance group that you are training in, no one is ever left behind!!!

The Focus of this clinic will be for those who want to race the 2024 season
In this clinic our focus will be on training for your goal event.
You will not only work on increasing your endurance, you will learn about race specific fuelling, hydration, and program set up.
Wednesday evenings your coach will be heavily focusing on different form and techniques for, speed, hill work, tempo, Terrain and descent running.

We will help get you headed in the write direction in training for you choose seasons goals.

We have 3 different distance and 3 different pace group of focus for you to choose from, 15km, 25km, or 50km distances.
